These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Megalan Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and the users of the website mds.bg (hereinafter referred to as the “Clients”).
Megalan Ltd. guarantees the confidentiality of the Client’s personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The personal data provided by the Client during registration or when placing an order is used as follows:
Name and address – for delivery purposes and invoice issuance.
Telephone number – for order and delivery confirmation, or in the event of availability or fulfilment issues.
Email address – for order confirmation, information regarding the delivery address, and receiving current promotions and newsletters from the website.
Megalan Ltd. undertakes not to disclose the Client’s personal data to third parties, except:
– upon an inquiry made by the Client regarding products and services;
– when requested by competent public authorities, in accordance with the law.
Megalan Ltd. reserves the right to store such information on its server and to provide it to public authorities where necessary to protect the company’s rights, legitimate interests, and security.
All terms shall be governed in accordance with the applicable Consumer Protection Act.
The goods and services offered by Megalan Ltd. shall be charged at the prices valid at the time of sale or in accordance with a prior written agreement between the Client and the company.
The Client acknowledges that Megalan Ltd. reserves the right to change the prices of its goods and services unilaterally, with any new prices taking effect from the moment they are published on the website mds.bg.
All prices include VAT.
The company shall not be liable for any technical or typographical errors on the website.
Payment shall be made upon receipt of the order, unless otherwise agreed between the parties and in accordance with the applicable law.
Claims must be submitted within the legally prescribed time limits. Exceeding these time limits shall be deemed acceptance of the goods without objection.
Claims relating to missing items or visible defects must be made upon receipt of the goods.
All claims are registered by Megalan Ltd., and the necessary action is taken in accordance with applicable law.
The Client has the right to cancel an order before or during its confirmation by Megalan Ltd.
If the fulfilment process has already commenced and the Client subsequently cancels the order, the Client shall be liable to pay for the part of the order already completed.
Megalan Ltd. shall not be held liable for:
any delayed or unjustified refusal by the Client to accept the goods;
any consequences arising in connection with the ordering and delivery process;
any damages, losses, or loss of profits resulting from failure to comply with delivery deadlines and conditions.
The company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes shall take effect from the moment they are published on the website mds.bg, without prior notice to the Clients.
