The most important thing is to leave a contact phone number so we can quickly confirm the details and notify you when your order is ready. Describe exactly what you need, including the quantity and dimensions, and if you have an example or reference (a photo or link) of something you like, send it to us so we can use it as a guide. If you have a deadline that we need to meet, please let us know.
Please send us your file in PDF format, already set to the correct size and prepared for print. This allows us to begin production right away. If the PDF is not correctly sized or not print-ready, we can help with the necessary adjustments, but this may delay production.
Important: If the file is only an image saved as a PDF, it will not be suitable for printing.
To print your design, it is important to save it as a PDF file. Canva offers this option even in the free version.
You can do this as follows:
1. Open your design.
2. Click the “Share” button in the top-right corner.
3. Select “Download.”
4. From the “File type” menu, choose:
PDF Standard – for digital use, or
PDF Print – for high-quality printing.
5. After selecting the required pages, click “Download.”
Please note that most designs created in Canva require additional preparation by a professional in order to be fully print-ready.
Send your PDF file to our team — we will review it and, if necessary, assist with corrections.
If the design contains raster images, their quality may decrease at larger sizes.
A raster image (photo) is made up of many tiny pixels. When enlarged, those pixels become visible, and the image can look blurry or pixelated.
Examples: JPEG, PNG, BMP.
A vector image is created using mathematical lines and shapes, which means it can be scaled up or down without losing quality.
Examples: SVG, AI, EPS.
A simple way to think about it:
A photo is like a mosaic made of small squares — enlarge it too much, and it loses sharpness.
A vector is like a drawing — the lines stay smooth and clear at any size.
Our pricing is tailored to each individual inquiry.
Once you describe in detail what you need and the result you expect, we can suggest different production options, each with its own price range.
After receiving your inquiry, our sales team prepares a custom quotation based on the specific requirements of your project. Both pricing and turnaround times depend on the scope of work and the production time required for the specific product.
When we send your quotation, we will also include an estimated completion time.
We offer professional design services provided by our in-house team.
To get started, you will need to provide us with:
• text, images, and/or graphic elements that you would like us to use;
• a reference — an example or idea for the style you want (if you have something you like);
• if you do not have a specific reference, simply describe the colors, layout, and elements you have in mind.
Please note that design creation is a time-consuming process, so it is advisable to allow an additional 2–3 days on top of the standard production time.
Once we prepare the initial version, you will receive a visual preview for approval.
The price includes up to 3 major revision rounds. Any additional changes will be charged separately.
