Design & Prepress

From concept development to technical print preparation, we offer a complete service package including graphic design, layout, visualizations, and prepress to ensure flawless results for every project.

Our Complete Process
Our team handles the entire process — from design and prepress to finishing and installation — ensuring high quality and professional execution at every stage of your project. Here’s how it works:
01

Inquiry and Quotation

We review your inquiry and prepare a custom quotation tailored to the specific needs of your project.

02

Design and Approval

Once the quotation is approved, our design team reviews the files or creates a new design if needed. The project is always sent to you for final approval.

03

Production and Finishing

Once approved, we begin production and complete all required finishing processes, including printing, cutting, creasing, and more.

04

Collection / Installation

Your order is ready for collection (on-site or by courier), or we can arrange professional installation at your premises.

Graphic Design

If you do not have ready-made creatives, our experienced graphic design team will create a custom visual solution strategically aligned with your goals and brand identity. Whether you need it for an advertising campaign, corporate branding, an event, or a product presentation, we will develop a concept that delivers results.

Design Planning

We take a comprehensive approach to every project — from the initial idea to the final product. We focus not only on design and aesthetics, but also on the technical details, including materials, durability, usability, and practical functionality. This ensures that the final result is effective, high-quality, and built to last.

Visualizations

For larger or more complex projects, we offer 3D visualizations — realistic previews of the final product before production begins. This allows you to review and approve the design, colors, proportions, and overall appearance before we move forward with printing or manufacturing.

Prepress

Our prepress department reviews and prepares your files, making sure everything — from cut lines to color profiles — is fully optimized before printing. If your files are not ready, we will handle the necessary preparation to ensure a high-quality final product with no technical surprises.

Frequently Asked Questions

The most important thing is to leave a contact phone number so we can quickly confirm the details and notify you when your order is ready. Describe exactly what you need, including the quantity and dimensions, and if you have an example or reference (a photo or link) of something you like, send it to us so we can use it as a guide. If you have a deadline that we need to meet, please let us know.

Please send us your file in PDF format, already set to the correct size and prepared for print. This allows us to begin production right away. If the PDF is not correctly sized or not print-ready, we can help with the necessary adjustments, but this may delay production.

Important: If the file is only an image saved as a PDF, it will not be suitable for printing.

To print your design, it is important to save it as a PDF file. Canva offers this option even in the free version.

You can do this as follows:

1. Open your design.

2. Click the “Share” button in the top-right corner.

3. Select “Download.”

4. From the “File type” menu, choose:

    • PDF Standard – for digital use, or

    • PDF Print – for high-quality printing.

5. After selecting the required pages, click “Download.”

Please note that most designs created in Canva require additional preparation by a professional in order to be fully print-ready.

Send your PDF file to our team — we will review it and, if necessary, assist with corrections.

If the design contains raster images, their quality may decrease at larger sizes.

A raster image (photo) is made up of many tiny pixels. When enlarged, those pixels become visible, and the image can look blurry or pixelated.
Examples: JPEG, PNG, BMP.

A vector image is created using mathematical lines and shapes, which means it can be scaled up or down without losing quality.
Examples: SVG, AI, EPS.

A simple way to think about it:

  • A photo is like a mosaic made of small squares — enlarge it too much, and it loses sharpness.

  • A vector is like a drawing — the lines stay smooth and clear at any size.

Our pricing is tailored to each individual inquiry.
Once you describe in detail what you need and the result you expect, we can suggest different production options, each with its own price range.

After receiving your inquiry, our sales team prepares a custom quotation based on the specific requirements of your project. Both pricing and turnaround times depend on the scope of work and the production time required for the specific product.

When we send your quotation, we will also include an estimated completion time.

We offer professional design services provided by our in-house team.
To get started, you will need to provide us with:

• text, images, and/or graphic elements that you would like us to use;

• a reference — an example or idea for the style you want (if you have something you like);

• if you do not have a specific reference, simply describe the colors, layout, and elements you have in mind.

Please note that design creation is a time-consuming process, so it is advisable to allow an additional 2–3 days on top of the standard production time.

Once we prepare the initial version, you will receive a visual preview for approval.
The price includes up to 3 major revision rounds. Any additional changes will be charged separately.
